Prepare the crust
In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Make the filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until fully combined.

Add whipped cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.

Assemble the pie
Spread the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then drizzle over the filling. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Add toppings
Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the pie and sprinkle with crumbled peanut butter fudge. Top with additional whipped cream if desired.
