Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow outer leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- 2
Season and Roast
Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them out in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
- 3
Prepare Prosciutto and Breadcrumbs
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, chop the prosciutto into small pieces and sauté in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and mix with bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and red chili flakes.
- 4
Combine and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the prosciutto-breadcrumb mixture on top. Drizzle with honey before serving.
