Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
If using chicken wings, rinse them under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. If using boneless chicken, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Preheat the Oven or Grill
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
Cooking
- 3
Cook the Chicken
Place the chicken wings or boneless chicken on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or directly on the grill. Bake for 40-45 minutes or grill for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Sauce Preparation
- 4
Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, whisk in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt until well combined. Remove from heat.
- 5
Make Stevie's Spicy Asian Sauce
In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil until thoroughly combined.
Tossing and Serving
- 6
Toss the Chicken in Sauce
Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour your choice of sauce (Buffalo, Stevie’s Spicy Asian, BBQ, or Teriyaki) over the chicken and toss well to coat all pieces evenly.
- 7
Garnish and Serve
If desired, sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the chicken wings before serving. Enjoy your deliciously sauced chicken!
