Chill the Ingredients
Place the bottle of champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving to ensure it is well chilled.

Juice the Oranges
If using fresh oranges, squeeze them to extract the juice until you have 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.
Mixing

Combine the Ingredients
In a large pitcher or jug, combine 2 cups of fresh orange juice with the chilled bottle of champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently to mix.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes. If desired, garnish each glass with a slice of orange and a few mint leaves for added flavor and presentation.
