Preparation of Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Romaine
While the chicken is grilling, wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Add Dressing and Toppings
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the romaine lettuce and toss to combine. Add croutons and toss gently. Finally, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Serve with Chicken
Slice the grilled chicken breasts and arrange them on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
