Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Preparation

    Thaw Spinach

    Place the frozen spinach in a colander and run under cold water until thawed. Squeeze out any excess water and set aside.

    Prepare Artichokes

    Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into small pieces and set aside.

    Mix Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Baking

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Transfer to Baking Dish

    Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture into a greased baking dish.

    Bake

    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly on top.

Serving

    Prepare Serving Platter

    While the dip is baking, arrange tortilla chips, pita bread triangles, celery sticks, and carrot sticks on a serving platter.

    Serve

    Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the prepared platter of dippers.
