Steak Ingredients

Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Steak

In a large bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the top sirloin steak to the bowl, ensuring it is well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, place it on the stove over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Remove the steak from the marinade and let the excess sauce drip off. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

  4. 4

    Rest and Slice

Once cooked, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.

Dessert Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Yogurt Mix

In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.

  2. 6

    Serve with Berries

Spoon the yogurt mix into serving bowls and top with fresh berries. Drizzle with additional honey if desired.
