Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and flour. Toss to coat the apples evenly with the mixture.

Pour the apple mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

In a separate bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt. Stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle the crisp topping evenly over the apple mixture in the baking dish.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
