Cook Fries or Prepare Coleslaw
If using frozen fries, cook according to package directions. For coleslaw, prepare by mixing shredded cabbage and carrots with your choice of dressing.

Prepare Sweet Potato Sticky Fries or Onion Rings
If opting for sweet potato sticky fries, peel and slice sweet potatoes, then fry or bake until crispy. For onion rings, slice onions, coat in batter, and deep fry until golden.
Preparing Steak Diane Sauce

Add Cream and Demi-glaze
Stir in cream and demi-glaze. Let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Finish with Sherry
Add sherry to the sauce and cook for an additional minute before removing from heat.
