Method
Prepare the Lobster

Boil the Lobster
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add sea salt. Place the live lobster in the pot and boil for 10-12 minutes until it turns bright red. Remove from water and let it cool.

Cut the Lobster
Once cooled, place the lobster on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut the lobster down the middle, lengthwise, to create two halves.

Make the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the blue crab meat, shrimp, scallops, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

Stuff the Lobster
Spoon the stuffing mixture generously into each half of the lobster shell, pressing down lightly to pack it in.
Bake the Lobster

Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed lobster halves on a baking sheet and dot with butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the stuffing is golden and the lobster meat is heated through.
