Method

Prep the Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Coat the Wings

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Dredge each chicken wing in the flour mixture until fully coated.

Fry the Wings

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 4

    Fry the Wings

Carefully place the coated wings in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove wings and drain on paper towels.

Prepare Sauces

  1. 5

    Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Remove from heat.

  2. 6

    BBQ Sauce

Simply prepare to use by having the BBQ sauce ready.

  3. 7

    Cajun Wings

Toss the fried wings in the Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

  4. 8

    Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and remove from heat.

Toss the Wings

  1. 9

    Toss in Sauce

Choose your desired sauce: for Buffalo, toss the wings in the prepared Buffalo sauce; for BBQ, toss in BBQ sauce; for Cajun, just season; and for Garlic Parmesan, toss in the Garlic Parmesan sauce.

Serve

  1. 10

    Plate and Enjoy
