Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Dry it using a salad spinner or pat it down with paper towels. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Prepare Tomatoes and Cucumber
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the cucumber into thin slices. Add them to the bowl with the chopped lettuce.
Grill the Chicken

Marinate Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Grill Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.

After resting, slice the grilled chicken into thin strips and set aside.

In the bowl with the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber, add the sliced grilled chicken, feta cheese, and croutons.
