Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Chop the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the broccoli into florets.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

Add the Sauce
Pour in the vegetable broth and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and let simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the vegetable mixture. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Toss gently and serve warm.
