Preparation
Juicing the Oranges
If using fresh oranges, cut them in half and juice them until you have 1 cup of fresh orange juice. Strain if desired to remove pulp.
Mixing the Mimosa
In a champagne flute, pour 1 cup of fresh orange juice.
Adding Bubbles
Slowly top the orange juice with 1 cup of chilled champagne or sparkling wine until the glass is filled.
Garnishing
Garnish the mimosa with a fresh orange slice on the rim of the glass.
