Method
Roasted Garlic Spread
Prepare the Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the tops off the garlic cloves to expose the tops. Place them on a piece of aluminum foil.
Add Oil and Seasoning
Drizzle the olive oil over the exposed tops of the garlic cloves and sprinkle with salt.
Pizza Assembly
Preheat the Oven
While the garlic is roasting, preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Prepare the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the Garlic
Spread the roasted garlic mixture evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
Add Cheese and Toppings
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the garlic spread, followed by crumbled goat cheese, sliced mushrooms, and chopped kale. Finish with a sprinkle of grated parmesan and cracked black pepper.
Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Slice and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and serve hot.
