Prepare the Glass
Chill a highball glass or champagne flute in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Eastern Kille vodka, passionfruit puree, apricot nectar, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into the chilled glass, filling it about halfway.

Top with Champagne
Carefully top off the drink with champagne, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass and, if desired, float a couple of edible flowers on top for an elegant touch.
