Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Ground Beef

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Burger Assembly

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash the lettuce leaves and slice the tomato into thick rounds.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the beef patty, a slice of cheese, a tomato slice, and your choice of ketchup and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

  2. 7

    Season and Bake

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil and salt until evenly coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
