Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Copper state reserve beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (160°F for medium). In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty to melt.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bun

While the patty is cooking, lightly toast the Breadworks brioche bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the garlic aioli on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Place the cooked patty with melted cheddar on top. Layer with a slice of heirloom tomato, a leaf of butter lettuce, and red onion rings. Top with the other half of the bun.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve the burger alongside a serving of fries and a pickle spear on the plate.
