Mashed Potatoes

Cook the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.

Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.

Green Beans

Prepare the Green Beans

Trim the ends of the green beans. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Sauté the Green Beans

Add minced garlic and green beans to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Mac N' Cheese

Cook the Pasta

Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, then gradually whisk in milk. Cook until thickened. Add cheese, salt, and pepper, stirring until melted.

Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until evenly coated.

Turkey Gravy

Make the Roux

In a saucepan, whisk together turkey drippings and flour over medium heat until smooth.

Gradually whisk in chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
