Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the focaccia bread into cubes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Salad
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the romaine in a large salad bowl.
- 3
Add Tomatoes
Halve the baby heirloom tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the romaine lettuce.
- 4
Add Croutons and Cheese
Once the croutons are done, let them cool slightly before adding them to the salad. Shave or grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the top.
- 5
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the house Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
