Cook the Jasmine Rice
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of jasmine rice with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.

Prepare the Cassoulet Beans
In a separate pot, heat the cassoulet beans over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Blanch the Broccolini
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccolini and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and immediately place in ice water to stop cooking. Drain again before serving.

Serve
On a plate, arrange a serving of jasmine rice, topped with a portion of cassoulet beans. Place half a roasted chicken on the side, add some blanched broccolini, and drizzle with preserved lemon. Serve with a dollop of dill yogurt.
