Roast the Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until blistered.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked farfalle and roasted tomatoes to the skillet with sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together gently to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Serve
Remove from heat, stir in grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
