Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Make the Croutons

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the focaccia bread into bite-sized cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Dressing

In a bowl, whisk together the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine the baby heirloom tomatoes, croutons, and fresh herbs. Drizzle with the house Caesar dressing and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.

  4. 4

    Serve

Top the salad with grated parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy your Caesar salad!
