Prepare the Fish
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Rub the blackening seasoning evenly on both sides of the fish.

Cook the Fish
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil and sear the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened. Remove from heat and let it rest.

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet, warm the yellow corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
On each tortilla, place pieces of blackened fish, followed by pico de gallo, diced mango, sliced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with chipotle aioli.

Serve
Serve the tacos with a side of tortilla chips and salsa.
