Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Rub the blackening seasoning evenly on both sides of the fish.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil and sear the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and blackened. Remove from heat and let it rest.

  3. 3

    Warm the Tortillas

In a dry skillet, warm the yellow corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Tacos

On each tortilla, place pieces of blackened fish, followed by pico de gallo, diced mango, sliced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with chipotle aioli.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the tacos with a side of tortilla chips and salsa.
