Method

Buffalo-Style Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Rinse and pat dry 2 lbs of chicken wings.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture until coated.

  3. 3

    Double Frying Process

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings for 10-12 minutes until golden, then remove and let drain on paper towels. Heat oil again and fry wings for an additional 5 minutes until extra crispy.

  4. 4

    Toss in Hot Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in hot sauce. Toss the fried wings in the sauce mixture until fully coated.

Lemon-Pepper Wings

    Prepare Lemon-Pepper Sauce

In a small bowl, combine fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Toss the Wings

After frying the wings, toss them in the lemon-pepper mixture until well coated.

Sweet Thai Wings

  1. 7

    Prepare Sweet Thai Sauce

In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder.

  2. 8

    Toss the Wings

After frying the wings, drizzle the sweet Thai sauce over and toss until wings are fully coated.

Asian Style Wings

  1. 9

    Prepare Asian Sauce

In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha sauce, and sesame seeds.

  2. 10

    Toss the Wings

After frying the wings, coat them in the Asian sauce, mixing until evenly covered.
