Cooking Wild Rice

Prepare the Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine wild rice, vegetable broth, and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Cook the Rice
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
Making Sweet & Spicy Asian Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer.

Thicken the Sauce
Let the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Plate the Dish
On each plate, create a bed of wild rice. Top with a grilled salmon fillet and drizzle generously with the sweet & spicy Asian sauce. Serve immediately.
