Chicken
Garlic Parmesan Crust
Method
Prepare the Chicken
- 1
Season the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts. Season with salt and black pepper, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
Make the Garlic Parmesan Crust
- 3
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- 4
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Grill the Chicken
- 5
Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill each side for about 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 6
Apply the Crust
During the last 2-3 minutes of grilling, generously spoon the garlic Parmesan mixture over the tops of the chicken breasts. Close the grill lid to allow the crust to melt and brown slightly.
