Prepare the Spinach
Rinse the fresh spinach under cold water, then chop it coarsely. In a large skillet, sauté the spinach over medium heat until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Red Bell Pepper
Wash, core, and finely chop the red bell pepper into small pieces. Set aside.
Mixing the Dip

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Cheeses and Seasoning
Stir in the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and shredded cheddar cheese into the cream mixture. Add the sautéed spinach, chopped red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Bake the Dip
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the spinach dip mixture into a baking dish. Spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
