1

Chill and prepare glassware

Place the 750 ml bottle of San Pellegrino in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled (ideally 2–4 hours beforehand). If you prefer extra-cold water, place the serving glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or fill it with ice and water while chilling the bottle, then discard that ice water just before serving.

2

Prepare garnishes (optional)

If using garnish, rinse the lemon and mint. Cut one lemon wedge (about 1/8 of a lemon or a 1/2-inch thick slice) and set aside. Gently clap the mint between your palms to release aroma if using.

3

Assemble

Fill a large serving glass or carafe with about 1 cup of ice cubes (adjust to preference). Pour the chilled San Pellegrino slowly into the glass or carafe over the ice to preserve carbonation.

4

Garnish and serve

Place the lemon wedge on the rim or float it in the water and add the mint sprig if desired. Serve immediately to retain fizz.
