Falafel Preparation

Soak Chickpeas
Soak the dried chickpeas in water overnight. Drain and rinse before use.

Form Falafel Balls
Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.

Fry Falafel
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the falafel balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine canned chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.

If needed, add more water to achieve desired consistency.
Tabbouleh Preparation

Prepare Bulgur
Cook bulgur according to package instructions and let it cool.

In a large bowl, combine cooled bulgur, parsley, mint, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Toss well to combine.
