    Gently bruise the lime leaves with the back of a knife or muddler to release their essential oils.

Mixing the Drink

    In a shaker filled with ice, add the Botanist Gin and Casamigos Mezcal.

    Add the yuzu juice and the bruised lime leaves into the shaker.
