Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Glass

Chill a cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

2

Juice the Limes

Squeeze fresh limes to extract 1 oz of lime juice. Strain to remove any pulp if desired.

3

Prepare Lychee Juice

If using fresh lychee, peel and remove the pit, then blend until smooth and strain to get 1 oz of lychee juice. Alternatively, use pre-packaged lychee juice.

Mixing the Cocktail

4

Shake the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Everleaf Mountain, 1 oz of lychee juice, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice. Add 1 cup of crushed ice.

5

Shake Well

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Serving

6

Strain and Serve

Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.

7

Garnish

Garnish the drink with a fresh lychee fruit, a lime wheel, and mint leaves for a tropical touch.
