Prepare the Lychee
If using fresh lychee, peel and pit the fruit. If using canned, ensure the lychee is well-drained.

Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine the lychee, raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
Chill and Freeze

Chill Mixture
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill.

Freeze the Sorbet
Once chilled, transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze it, stirring every 30 minutes until fully frozen and smooth.
