Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lychee

If using fresh lychee, peel and pit the fruit. If using canned, ensure the lychee is well-drained.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a blender, combine the lychee, raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

Chill and Freeze

  1. 3

    Chill Mixture

Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill.

  2. 4

    Freeze the Sorbet

Once chilled, transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze it, stirring every 30 minutes until fully frozen and smooth.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Sorbet

Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately. Optionally, garnish with fresh raspberries or mint leaves.
