Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients: Aperol, Prosecco, Soda Water, an Orange Slice, and Ice Cubes.

Fill Glass with Ice
Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes until it is about 3/4 full.

Pour Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Carefully pour 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass, over the Aperol.

Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of Soda Water to the glass to lighten the drink.

Garnish
Add a slice of orange to the rim of the glass for garnish.

Stir Gently
Use a stirrer to gently mix the ingredients together in the glass. Be careful not to disturb the bubbles too much.
