Phony Negroni Recipe

Preparation

   Chill Your Glass

   Place your glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.

   Measure Ingredients

   In a mixing glass, measure out 2 oz of non-alcoholic gin, 1 oz of non-alcoholic vermouth, and 1 oz of non-alcoholic bitter aperitif.

   Add Ice

   Add a cup of ice cubes to the mixing glass with the measured ingredients.

   Stir the Mixture

   Using a bar spoon or a long spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill the ingredients thoroughly.

   Strain Into Glass

   Remove the ice water from your chilled glass (if you used it), then strain the mixed drink into the glass.

   Garnish and Serve

   Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and an orange slice on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
