Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 1 oz of Ford's Gin, 1 oz of Sorel, 1 oz of Campari, 1 oz of Aperol, and 0.5 oz of Lustau East India Sherry.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice, ensuring it is at least three-quarters full to properly chill the mixture.

Stir
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Strain
Using a jigger, strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish
Twist a piece of orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
