Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the rest of the cocktail.

Measure and Pour
In a mixing glass, measure and pour 2 oz of Rye Whiskey, 1 oz of Rhum J.M ‘Terroir Volcanique’, 1 oz of Brucato Amaro ‘Woodlands’, and 0.5 oz of Neversink Apple Aperitif.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice to the top to ensure proper chilling and dilution.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Empty the ice water from your chilled cocktail glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick for added aroma and decoration.
