Chill Your Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice water and set aside to chill.

Prepare the Sugar
In a mixing glass, add the sugar cube and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.

Combine the Whiskeys
Pour in the Sazerac Rye, Wild Turkey Rye, Rittenhouse Bonded, and Barrell Whiskey “Seagrass” Cask Strength into the mixing glass with the muddled sugar and bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Empty the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the whiskey mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Express the lemon twist over the drink to release the oils and then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
