Cooking Instructions for Lobster Tail
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Begin by thawing the lobster tails if they are frozen. Place them in the refrigerator overnight or run them under cold water until thawed.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure even cooking of the lobster tails.
- 3
Prepare the Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 4
Prepare the Lobster Tails for Baking
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the lobster meat.
- 5
Add Butter Sauce
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the melted butter sauce generously over the exposed lobster meat.
- 6
Bake the Lobster Tails
Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).
