Prepare the Chicken Tenders

Slice Chicken
Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs. Make sure they are fully covered.
Fry the Chicken Tenders

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.

Fry Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain Excess Oil
Once cooked, transfer the chicken tenders to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Make the Dipping Sauce

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, mustard, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended.

On a serving plate, arrange the chicken tenders alongside a serving of French fries.
