Season the Pork
In a bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture all over the pork shoulder.

Slow Cook the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Pour in the lime juice, orange juice, and chicken broth. Add the bay leaves. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and can be shredded easily.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes. Shred the pork using two forks, discarding any large pieces of fat. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker to soak up the juices.

Warm the Tortillas
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, until they are pliable.

Serve with Lime
Serve the tacos with lime wedges and a dollop of sour cream on the side.
