Prepare the Cucumber
Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Grate the cucumber using a box grater or food processor. After grating, place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture to prevent the Tzatziki from becoming watery.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them using a knife or garlic press.
Mixing the Tzatziki

Combine Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, red chili flakes, dried dill, and lemon juice.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste, mixing well to incorporate all the ingredients evenly.
Chilling the Tzatziki

Refrigerate
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the Tzatziki to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
