Method
Chicken Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide. Season the strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Breading Mixture
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In one shallow bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Take each marinated chicken strip, dredge it in the flour, shaking off excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Repeat for all chicken strips.

Fry the Chicken Tenders
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Carefully add the breaded chicken strips in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove cooked chicken tenders and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve
Once all chicken tenders are cooked, serve them hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
