Preparing the Salad

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Drain and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped lettuce in a large salad bowl.

Chop the Vegetables
Dice the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces. Add them to the bowl with the romaine lettuce.

Add Olives and Raisins
Pit and slice the Kalamata olives (if not pitted) and add them to the salad bowl along with the raisins.

Add Feta Cheese
Crumble the feta cheese over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine all ingredients.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and oregano until well blended.

Add salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as per your preference.
