Brewing the Tea

Boil Water
In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Steep Tea
Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from heat and add 4 black tea bags. Let them steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you want your tea.

Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags from the pot and discard them.
Flavoring the Tea

Add Lemon Juice
Stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice into the brewed tea.

Add Mint Leaves
Gently crush 10 mint leaves to release their flavor and stir them into the tea.

Cool and Serve
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Then pour over ice cubes in glasses and serve immediately.
