Brewing the Tea

Boil Water
In a kettle, bring 1 cup of fresh water to a boil. Ensure that the water reaches a rolling boil for optimal extraction of flavors.

Prepare Tea
Place 2 teaspoons of Gunpowder Green Tea in a teapot or heatproof container.

Steep the Tea
Once the water has boiled, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 30 seconds. Pour the hot water over the Gunpowder Tea leaves. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
