Preparing the Skewers

Prepare Vegetables
Wash and slice all vegetables as indicated in the ingredients list. Make sure to cut them into uniform sizes for even grilling.

Marinate Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until vegetables are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Assemble Skewers
Thread the marinated vegetables onto skewers, alternating types of vegetables to create a colorful presentation.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Making Tzatziki Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Refrigerate the tzatziki sauce for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Assembling the Wraps

Warm the pita bread slightly on the grill or in a microwave.

Spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on each pita. Place grilled vegetable skewers on top, followed by shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, and sliced tomatoes. Roll up the pita tightly.
