Method

Tea Preparation

  1. 1

    Gather Ingredients

Collect all the dried flowers and peppermint leaves along with boiling water.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In a teapot or heatproof container, combine the dried chamomile, lavender, hibiscus, and peppermint.

  3. 3

    Add Water

Pour the boiling water over the combined herbs in the teapot.

  4. 4

    Steep the Tea

Cover the teapot and let the mixture steep for about 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. 5

    Strain the Tea

Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the tea into cups or a serving jug to remove the solid herbs.

  6. 6

    Add Sweetener (Optional)

If desired, add honey or agave syrup to taste, stirring gently to combine.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the tea warm, garnished with a few extra dried flowers if desired.
