Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil the Water

In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

  2. 2

    Add Dried Mint

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 tablespoons of dried mint leaves into the water.

  3. 3

    Steep the Tea

Cover the kettle and let the dried mint leaves steep in the hot water for about 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer the flavor.

  4. 4

    Sweeten the Tea

After steeping, taste the tea and add honey or sugar to your liking. Stir well to dissolve.

  5. 5

    Serve Hot or Iced

You can serve the tea hot immediately, or let it cool and refrigerate it to serve iced. If serving iced, pour the steeped tea over ice.
