Brewing the Tea

Boil the Water
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.

Add Tea Leaves
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 teaspoons of Darjeeling tea leaves.

Steep the Tea
Cover the saucepan and let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.

Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea into a teapot or directly into your cup to remove the leaves.
